Chicken seekh kebabs are very popular all over the world. Its chicken mince seasoned with some spices and grilled on metal skewers. Below is the recipe that I have refined over many iterations. I make them quite often and my family loves them. In fact they ask for these kebabs on occasions like eid and other holidays. Hope you like them.
First crush the onions in a chopper and drain them well.
Put everything except onions, egg and cream in a mincer or a food processor and mince well until everything comes together and forms a ball inside the mincer. Now get the mince out and add onion, egg and cream and mix well with hands.
Cover the mixture and leave in fridge to marinate for two hours.
After two hours, take the mince out of the fridge and grill over metal skewers on even heat. If you don,t have skewers or if you don,t want to grill you can cook them under your oven grill or on a slightly greased pan.
